We're a small team, not a marketplace. Same people on the phone, same people who turn up to collect. That's rather the point.

We've been in the trade longer than most of the sites you'll find us next to.
Over twenty years buying cars, from first cars to the ones people agonise over letting go of. In that time the industry has picked up a lot of habits we didn't fancy — instant online estimates that get quietly revised on the driveway, lowball offers designed to be negotiated up, forms that hand you to whoever's next in the queue.
We do none of that. You talk to a person who knows what your car is worth, and that person gives you a number they intend to pay. If it works for you, we come and collect it. If it doesn't, no hard feelings and no follow-up campaign.
It's not a clever business model. It's just the way this used to work, and it turns out people still prefer it.
