From the first message to the money landing, it usually takes a day. Here's exactly what happens, so nothing about it is a surprise.

01 — Private enquiry

Tell us a bit about your car — make, model, mileage, condition. Takes two minutes. Use the form on the home page, WhatsApp us, or just ring. All three land with the same people.

  • Registration is easiest, but make and model is plenty
  • Rough mileage is fine — we're not going to hold you to it
  • Mention anything we'd notice ourselves: damage, warning lights, service gaps
  • Outstanding finance is fine too, we settle it as part of the sale

02 — Personal valuation

We give you a real number

No bots, no guesswork. Just an honest offer from someone who actually knows cars. We look at what your specific car is worth right now — the spec, the history, what the market is doing this week — and we tell you.

  • Usually the same day, often within the hour
  • The first number is the best number; there's nothing held back to negotiate with
  • It doesn't change on the driveway unless the car isn't what was described
  • No obligation, and no chasing you afterwards if you'd rather not

03 — White-glove collection

We come to you

Happy with the offer? We'll collect your car at a time that suits you — free of charge. Home, work, a storage unit, wherever it's sitting. Anywhere in the UK.

  • Bring your V5C, service history, both keys and any spare locking wheel nut
  • Photo ID and proof of the account we're paying into
  • We handle the paperwork and notify the DVLA
  • Evenings and weekends are usually fine — just say what works

04 — Same-day settlement

You get paid that day

Straight into your bank account, before we even drive off. No waiting, no chasing. Bank transfer, confirmed on your phone while we're still stood there.

  • Payment is sent before the car is loaded, not after
  • Any outstanding finance is settled directly with the lender
  • You keep a copy of everything you sign

Common questions

Any make, any model, any condition. Prestige, family cars, vans, classics, non-runners, damaged, MOT-failed. If it's a car, it's something we'll make an offer on.

Because instant estimates are guesses, and guesses get revised downwards on the driveway. We'd rather a person looks at your actual car and gives you a number we'll stand behind.

Yes, anywhere in the UK. It isn't deducted from the offer either — the number we agree is the number that arrives in your account.

Very common, and not a problem. We settle the outstanding amount directly with your lender and pay you whatever's left over. Just let us know at the enquiry stage so we can factor it in.

Often the same day, usually the next. The valuation is quick; the only thing that really sets the pace is when you're free for us to come and collect.

The V5C logbook, service history if you have it, every key including spares, photo ID, and proof of the bank account we're paying into. That's the lot.
